I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant but more importantly, I’m a mom who knows exactly how it feels to run on zero sleep and pure stubbornness. I’ve been the one holding my baby at 2 AM, Googling “how to make a baby sleep longer” for the millionth time.

True story: I once nodded off in a meeting with my CEO. Mortifying? Yep. But that’s when I knew something had to change for me, and now for you too.

My own journey...


My sleep journey didn’t start with a fancy certification, it started with me, bone tired, pacing the hallway with my baby at 2 AM while my brain felt like it was quite literally running on 5% battery.
