1. Overview
At Coaching by Divya FZE, we strive to deliver valuable pediatric sleep consulting services. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be requested, ensuring fairness and compliance with applicable laws. It applies to all services, including [e.g., consultations, sleep plans, support packages], unless otherwise stated in a Client Agreement.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be available under the following conditions:
Cancellation Before Services Begin: If you cancel within 48 hours of signing a Client Agreement or making a payment, and no services (e.g., consultations, plans) have started, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Non-Delivery: If we fail to provide the agreed-upon services due to circumstances within our control (e.g., scheduling issues on our end), you’ll receive a full or partial refund based on undelivered portions.
Discretionary Refunds: Beyond these cases, refunds are at our discretion.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
You change your mind after services have begun (e.g., after receiving a sleep plan or attending a consultation), unless required by local law.
You fail to follow the sleep plan or participate in the process, as results depend on your engagement.
Services are completed as agreed, even if the outcome differs from expectations (no guarantees are made due to individual variability).
All digital product sales are final. No refunds available after purchase due to immediate access to and instant nature of materials. These include but are not limited to: online courses, guides, ebooks, PDF resources and downloadable materials.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
Submit your request in writing to contact@sleep-snooze.com within 7 days of the event triggering eligibility (e.g., cancellation or non-delivery).
Include your name, service details, and reason for the request.
We’ll review and respond within 5 business days, processing approved refunds within 30 days via bank wire transfer or original payment method, where possible.
5. Amount of Refund
Full refunds apply to cancellations before services start or total non-delivery.
Partial refunds may apply to partially completed services, calculated as total fee minus value of delivered work.
Currency will match your original payment (e.g., USD or equivalent), with conversions based on the bank exchange rate at refund time.
6. Compliance with Local Laws
This policy meets international standards but may be adjusted to comply with mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR’s 14-day cooling-off period in the EU, or Australia’s consumer guarantees). However, as services are provided within 14 days and commence with your express consent upon booking, you waive your right to the cooling-off period once the service has started. If local laws grant broader refund rights, those will take precedence. Please inform us of any applicable requirements.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or business changes. The latest version will be posted on www.sleep-snooze.com, and it is your responsibility to review the policy periodically for any updates.
